Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payments and make change accurately
- Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals
- Balance cash drawers and generate reports for sales
- Accept payments, ensure prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts to customers
- Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions
- Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while meeting the needs of our business.
