Job Overview

The HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing front-line support through multiple channels, efficiently resolving inquiries, coordinating transactions, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

This position requires a strong background in background screening, onboarding processes, and ServiceNow and Workday system enhancements. Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing clear guidance on HR processes and policies, escalating complex requests, and managing HR tickets and workflows using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer-focused support to employees and management
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related requests
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR

Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge in using MS Applications
  • Stakeholder Management knowledge
  • Knowledge in Workday, Service Now, Onboarding, Background Screening and I9 Process

Education and Experience:

  • University Degree
  • 0-2 years of HR / HR Shared Services Experience
  • Semicon industry experience preferred but not required
