
World-Class Sales Compensation Professional Wanted

As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a strategic role in designing, analyzing, and administering robust sales compensation programs that support our ambitious growth and reward excellence in our high-performing sales teams.
This hands-on role requires direct responsibility for calculating, reviewing, and processing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments, partnering with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR to ensure timeliness and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:- Commission Administration: Calculate and process accurate commission payments for global commercial organization, ensuring alignment to business strategy and motivational effectiveness.
- Sales Compensation Planning: Administer and analyze sales compensation and commission programs to optimize performance, compliance, and cost-to-sales metrics.
- Operational Expertise: Serve as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries related to incentive plans and commission calculations.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar platforms) preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models.
- Exposure to global compensation practices and a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Ability to rapidly learn new systems and tools (Salesforce, Looker, CPQ).
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ownership mindset; able to proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
