
Sales Compensation Specialist

The Sales Compensation Specialist will oversee and manage the end-to-end compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies. This role supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and manage the company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
- Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
- Creates complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintains exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Engages and communicates confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex financial systems.
