Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience in customer service or a call centre environment (not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
