About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Account - Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued retail clients, ensuring their needs are promptly and effectively addressed.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from retail customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with products and services, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our database
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least with experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing prompt and effective resolutions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A team player with a positive, enthusiastic and customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog/Cebuano
