This is a full-time customer support role based in Cebu Central Visayas, with Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', a leading provider of outsourcing solutions. As a Customer Support Representative for Retail (EasyAccount), you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with a range of enquiries related to the EasyAccount retail product
  2. Respond to customer emails, chats and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically to customer needs
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  4. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
