Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

As a customer service representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns. You will utilize active listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed

Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the client database.
