We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Coordinator to assist with the monitoring of contracts and agreements, perform account receivable functions, and reconcile accounts as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients and excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring contracts and agreements
  • Performing account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking
  • Conducting reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis
  • Managing data entry and overseeing bank reconciliation process
  • Gathering data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials
  • Preparing balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of company books and records

Required qualifications include:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
  • With a good background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)

This is a remote job with US work hours (20-40 hours per week). Salary package varies based on experience level.
