Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our email marketing efforts. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost client retention.

You will collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to create compelling email content, optimize campaign performance, and implement automation strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize messaging.
  • Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve retention.
  • Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in database management and audience segmentation.
  • Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization.
