Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to automotive systems.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to automotive systems. This includes handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients, as well as researching and troubleshooting problems to provide timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support technical calls and ensure resolution of the issue in a timely manner.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues to resolve them to the client's satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive and/or Information Technology.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in the automotive industry.
  • Basic to advanced understanding of OBD2.
  • Preferably with SAP experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to generate reports, if needed.
  • Team player, able to sit well with the team and customers.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Goal and result-oriented.
  • Able to work onsite.

Qualifications Summary:
