This is a remote opportunity to provide administrative and operational support ensuring smooth business operations.
- Manage company data, maintaining accuracy and updates in CRM systems.
- Support database management, including updates and reporting.
- Assist with social media tasks, scheduling posts and responding to inquiries.
- Source property listings based on client needs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as email management and document preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Minimum 2 years experience in virtual assistance or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com and other CRM tools.
- Experience with Canva and VTiger.
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
