Job Title

As a Patient Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will involve responding to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to patient enquiries and provide clear information about services offered by the practice.
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
  • Reactivate past patients through proactive outreach and regular communication strategies.
  • Record and update all interactions in the lead management system.
  • Track and analyse lead conversion rates and performance metrics to improve service delivery.
  • Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments with patients.
  • Handle payment transactions and guide patients through payment options available.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to daily tasks and workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team's efforts. You must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times while interacting with patients and their medical records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment is required.
  • Strong background in the medical or allied health field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable approach are essential.
  • High level of discipline in following procedures and workflow systems is required.
  • Ability to balance warm patient interactions with timely task completion is crucial.
