As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring patients have an exceptional experience with our company.

  • Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a patient support professional. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to enquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other marketing channels.
  • Your role will involve providing clear and empathetic information about our services, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and precision.
  • You will also be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion, and reactivating past patients through proactive outreach and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries
  • Provide clear and compassionate information about our services
  • Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups
  • Reactivate past patients through proactive outreach and communication
  • Accurately record and update all interactions in our lead management and CRM systems
  • Track, analyse, and report on lead conversion rates and relevant performance metrics
  • Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Handle payment transactions and guide patients through payment options
  • Follow all procedures and internal systems with precision to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain a disciplined and efficient approach to daily tasks and workflows
