As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring patients have an exceptional experience with our company.
- Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a patient support professional. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to enquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other marketing channels.
- Your role will involve providing clear and empathetic information about our services, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and precision.
- You will also be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion, and reactivating past patients through proactive outreach and communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries

- Accurately record and update all interactions in our lead management and CRM systems
- Track, analyse, and report on lead conversion rates and relevant performance metrics

- Handle payment transactions and guide patients through payment options
- Follow all procedures and internal systems with precision to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain a disciplined and efficient approach to daily tasks and workflows
