Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing from quotation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process a high volume of quotations and sales orders within specified deadlines, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders, including requesting lead time adjustments when necessary.
  • Foster customer engagement by encouraging the use of our e-commerce platform for order placement, offering guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
