Job Overview

As an experienced Order Management and Supply Chain Professional, you will drive global order execution and supply chain performance.

You will lead key processes, including intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and returns management. You will also own reporting, publishing trackers, and analyzing deviations between estimates and actuals.

Additionally, you will resolve data issues and escalate exceptions where required. You will coordinate with manufacturing partners for order fulfillment and prepare reports on inventory health and order status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead order lifecycle processes: intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and returns handling.
  • Own reporting: publish trackers, analyze deviations between estimates vs actuals, support matching.
  • Resolve data issues and escalate exceptions where required.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory health and order status.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Order Management.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of order management, returns processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
