We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- 3-6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and with good comprehension
- Willingness to work on a night shift (Monday – Friday)
- Residing in Makati or nearby areas is preferred
