Contact Center Support Role

At our organization, we seek a detail-oriented and customer-focused technical support specialist to provide initial assistance for technical issues in our contact center.

  • Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Analyze hardware, software, and connectivity problems to identify solutions.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes and product configurations.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or engineering experts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and system updates.
  • Achieve performance goals related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles within a contact center environment
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, web browsers, and common software applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Diploma or degree in computer science or related field preferred
