Patient Experience Coordinator

The Customer Care Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. A strong background in conflict resolution, team management, and performance monitoring is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Certification in customer service or healthcare management is highly preferred. Previous experience in healthcare or a related industry is also highly valued. Proven leadership abilities, including conflict resolution, team management, and performance monitoring, are essential for success in this role.
