Healthcare Recruiter Position

Our healthcare recruitment team specializes in enhancing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen qualified healthcare providers to meet client site requirements, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of healthcare provider credentials and certifications.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Remain accessible by phone or text outside regular working hours to handle urgent matters and provide timely support.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior recruiting experience is highly preferred, as well as transferable skills and abilities.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance (a plus).
