Role Overview

The Technical Product Support Specialist role is a fully remote position requiring exceptional technical support skills. This individual will deliver an outstanding customer experience by effectively prioritizing and addressing support-related questions via the phone and Zendesk ticketing solution.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to pass along customer feedback, account trends, and escalating and quickly resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently on complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for product applications
  • Prioritize and address support-related questions via the phone and Zendesk ticketing solution
  • Liaise with the Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to pass along customer feedback and resolve issues
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the platform across the organization and down to individual clients
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant technical support experience within the B2B, SaaS, and/or FinTech industry assisting Enterprise customers of Fortune 1000 companies via phone
  • Experience with APIs, Implementation Management, and/or Project Management desired
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Passion for customer service and rare ability to understand enterprise customer needs
  • Stellar verbal and written communication in English
