Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan City for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and analyze technical problems. The role involves handling inbound support requests, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of support activities.
