Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive service enhancements and product development.
- Manage complex relationships and high-profile portfolios, adhering to established department policies and procedures.
- Engage professionally through various communication channels to address client concerns and issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, treasury, sales or portfolio management.
- A strong aptitude for strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
