We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our team. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts valued up to $50k USD. They must also be able to demonstrate growing accounts and the ability to negotiate and renew contracts is key to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Promptly address client concerns
- Work closely with the product and leadership teams to introduce clients to new features and products
- Identify new business opportunities with current accounts
- Negotiate contract terms
- Track key metric across your accounts
- 4+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts valued up to $50k USD
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities
- A data-driven mindset
- Startup experience is a plus
