Commercial Banking Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Division. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as the ability to analyze client data and make informed decisions.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing daily support to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and retention
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with commercial banking products and services is an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin, Fukien, or Hokkien is an advantage
