About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Media Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of client campaigns, from initial briefs to successful campaign launches, ensuring scalability and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Setup & Audience Build:
    • Build targeted audience segments in one platform based on client requirements.
    • Automatically generate PMP Deal IDs.
    • Curate high-quality inventory packages aligned with target segments.
  • Technical Configuration & QA:
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs.
    • Conduct thorough campaign QA and secure internal approval.
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting:
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds.
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors.
    • Troubleshoot issues across various DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor live campaign metrics and produce detailed reports.
    • Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Margin Management:
    • Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability.
  • Client Support & Escalations:
    • Provide timely technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Research and document new techniques and best practices.
    • Share knowledge with peers and contribute to the growth of the team.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading.
  • In-depth expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective technical translation.
