Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to lead our social media strategy, develop engaging content, and build a strong online presence. This role requires a proven track record of success in managing global social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, incorporating consumer insights and data-driven decision making.
    • Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
    • Manage daily social operations, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
  • Ideation and Analysis:
    • Design and implement social media content that resonates with our audience, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau, providing actionable insights for optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing global social marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social media, driving business growth and revenue.
    • Ensure clear communication and visibility across all stakeholders, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Critical Success Factors:
    • Social channel performance: Traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC
    • Followership, Reach, Engagement
    • Team retention and development
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context.
    • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • A performance-driven attitude, with a hunger for results and a willingness to innovate.
    • Proficiency in video-editing software, comfortable being in front of the camera, and experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design is a plus.
