">About The Role
">This full-time contract position is designed to deliver high-performing content that grows audience engagement while maintaining strategic thinking and quality execution. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll own and execute our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Your core responsibilities will include creating compelling short-form video content, managing our content calendar, building partnerships with influencers and experts, and tracking performance and reporting regularly.

- Track performance and report regularly; use insights to inform what's next">
- Continuously surface ideas, test them, and adjust based on performance data">
Requirements & Qualifications
">As our ideal candidate, you have 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs. You demonstrate a proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms, with excellent copywriting and editorial judgment. Strong video editing and graphic design skills are essential, as you must be able to create assets independently. Additionally, you possess deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior. A personal connection to the topics we cover or deep interest in learning about them is crucial.
