Project Manager Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from inception to completion. This encompasses overseeing project budgets, communicating with clients on progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients to review project documentation and pinpoint potential roadblocks that could impact timelines or expenditures.
  • Organize internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to discuss materials, finalize project requirements, and determine schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and make recommendations to optimize sample sizes during fieldwork.
  • Guarantee timely project completion and ensure panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing research, preferably in healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet aggressive deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with meticulous attention to detail.
