Project Lead

A seasoned Project Manager is required to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Form, lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Manage all activities in the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
  3. Consult with stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case.
  4. Prepare project charter, business case, and obtain approval for funding.
  5. Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal.
  6. Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management.
  7. Conduct post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys, and project team performance appraisals.
  8. Create and deliver presentations to top management on project goals and plans.
  9. Oversee sourcing, negotiating, and managing outside vendors.
  10. Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies, and guidelines.
  11. Define and monitor all project key constraints.
  12. Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers, and customers on a regular basis.
  13. Develop and implement project communication plans.
  14. Contribute to the creation of offers, contracts, and time schedules as well as to the cost calculation.
  15. Create, review, and implement changes on internal innovation/project management processes.
  16. Develop and implement project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • At least 5-10 years of solid background in end-to-end Project Management experience in web application development.
  • Experience in managing Web and Mobile Application/Website Build projects involving Enterprise-level Frontend Systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing projects that follow an SDLC process.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams.
