Role Overview
  • Develop the implementation plan with senior colleagues.
  • Lead project coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the project.
  • Ensure implementation of the work plan according to schedule.
  • Draft field reports which detail the study's methodology and provide observations and recommendations pertaining to data collection.
  • Lead weekly or monthly reports and meetings for key stakeholders.
  • Lead training of test administration with guidance from senior colleagues.
Requirements
  • At least five years' experience in research, either qualitative or quantitative.
  • College degree in a relevant field such as communication, marketing, statistics, math, economics, psychology or sociology.
  • Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrate intellectual and professional integrity.
  • Good networking skills and service orientation.
  • Innovative, adaptable and flexible.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
  • A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details.
