As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients.

You will define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline, stakeholders, and key deliverables. You will also own the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, which include successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients.

To achieve this, you will set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, actively communicate with account executives and customer success managers regarding client progress, and assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

In addition, you will participate in cross-functional groups to establish enhancements to communications, tools, and products. You will lead kickoff calls daily with new customers, oversee complex process design and setup, and be an expert in Workstream, guiding new users and answering their questions.

Your role will involve keeping track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in our success software, delivering user training, and developing supporting manuals and processes to ensure users understand core concepts and can independently adopt key software features.

Furthermore, you will incorporate internal and external feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process and learn from your assigned clients to build and maintain templates.

Ultimately, your goal will be to design programs that are meaningful to our customers and help them realize value from their relationship with Workstream.

  • This is a full-time position that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to adapt and remain flexible with ever-changing processes.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing implementation is required, particularly managing larger, more complex customer implementations.
  • Prior payroll experience, either in an implementation capacity or in managing payroll in-house, is also necessary.
