Front Office Manager

Job Description:
The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to guests. This includes handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Manage guest information, room availability, and billing accurately.
- Process payments securely and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and monitor employee performance.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure room readiness and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Maintain supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Comply with policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office or guest services in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
