Senior Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports with insightful analysis.
  • Accounting Management: Oversee financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
  • Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide support to the senior leadership.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights to assist in making informed strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
