Lead Financial Operations Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee our financial operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across both accounts payable and receivable.

Job Description:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of accounts payable, including purchase orders, bill processing, payment runs, cash application, corporate card management, and expense reimbursements.
  • Develop meaningful reports and insights on payables performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the company's corporate credit card program, ensuring policy compliance and effective credit exposure management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and manage corporate credit facilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, covering order processing, billing, and credit control.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to resolve payment or invoicing issues, maintaining a healthy and well-controlled AR ledger.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing both payables and receivables processes.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts across AP and AR functions.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to communicate complex financial information effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • At least ten years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.
