Financial Analyst Position

A Financial Analyst is needed to join our organization in a full-time role. The position involves working with large datasets, querying databases, and using ERP systems such as NetSuite.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project-level budget-to-actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reporting packages and various deliverables for investors and lenders.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
  • Build data infrastructure that enables the team to isolate and investigate key performance drivers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas, and perspectives effectively.
  • Experience working with large datasets and database management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
