Job Overview

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's day-to-day activities by monitoring attendance, productivity, and performance metrics. This role will entail consolidating insights from internal tools to provide real-time updates and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Monitoring & Analysis
    • Review attendance and productivity reports from internal tools.
    • Monitor real-time dashboards for team member status and productivity levels.
    • Flag critical issues immediately.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Provide real-time alerts during shifts to help troubleshoot issues.
    • Prepare daily summary reports on attendance and productivity trends.
    • Deliver weekly trend analyses that highlight recurring issues.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Partner with Operations/Client Success Managers to provide client-facing insights.
    • Work closely with Operations/Client Success Managers to recommend corrective actions.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Accuracy and timeliness of daily reports.
    • Response time for real-time alerts.
    • Reduction of client escalations caused by attendance/productivity issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in reporting, workforce management, data analysis, or operations support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and workforce monitoring systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
