The Sidework Production Coordinator oversees ancillary projects outside core roofing services. This role ensures efficient bidding, scheduling, and execution using tools like Acculynx.

This position collaborates with consultants, the Roofing Production Manager, subcontractors, and the Director of Operations to drive operational excellence and support company growth.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor AccuLynx for sidework requests and review scope for completeness.
  • Coordinate with the Roofing Production Manager to align timelines and solicit subcontractor bids.
  • Flag issues for clarification and schedule installations.
  • Assign labor tickets, manage multi-trade projects, and communicate proactively with subcontractors.
  • Handle rescheduling due to delays and track project completion and quality.
  • Document subcontractor pricing trends and provide sidework reports with actionable insights for management.
">Requirements:
  • Prior experience in project coordination is required.
  • A background in construction-related scheduling is a plus.
  • Roofing-specific knowledge is not necessary.
  • Self-starter mindset with high personal capacity and initiative.
  • Problem-solving orientation with comfort troubleshooting issues.
  • Coachability & Growth: open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable to new processes and tools.
  • Clear, professional communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal managers—both written and verbal.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and use Acculynx and other project management tools.
  • Ability to review scopes and documentation for completeness.
  • Dependable, accountable, and motivated to deliver excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
">Schedule and Benefits:
  • 9AM - 5PM CST working hours.
  • $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including a $500 bonus at 90-days contingent on performance evaluation scores.
  • 13th month pay.
  • 16 Days PTO.
