Payroll Professional
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Professional to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for collecting and processing timesheet data, preparing pay requests, and maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Collection and Processing: Collecting and processing timesheet data from employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pay Requests: Preparing pay requests for processing via checks or direct deposit.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation, including tax deductions, benefits, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
- Skills: Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices, as well as experience with accounting and payroll software.
