Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, with expertise in financial statements, payroll, and accounting software.

Responsibilities include handling all aspects of bookkeeping, providing valuable insights using strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and maintaining client confidentiality while working with clients, vendors, and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Provide valuable insights using strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Accounting/Finance/Business/Bookkeeping or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with full cycle bookkeeping, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
