Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company that propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate highly efficient and effective weekly team meetings.
  • Outline key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results.
  • Manage NPS surveys and facilitation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements.
  • Support BWE buildout and week-over-week tracking and insights.
  • Support other division and department leads in project management needs.
Requirements:
  • A high sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills individually and in group settings.
  • Establish trust across various internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes end-to-end.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • A self-starter and coach in learning processes and systems as they evolve.
