Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our recruiting efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruiting function, developing strategic recruitment plans, and overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in legal and administrative roles.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing recruiting teams or similar functions.

  • Proven experience with both inbound and outbound recruiting methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
