Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that e-commerce accounts are properly maintained, with accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Keep key e-commerce accounts up to date.
  • Support account managers by pulling data, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Ensure new products are uploaded to various e-commerce platforms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations as needed, ensuring correct inventory status across all platforms.
  • Work within internal systems and customer systems to pull, update, and ensure pricing is accurate. Manage promotional pricing during sales periods.
  • Coordinate product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key online marketplace platforms and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of e-commerce metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Platform Experience: Must have experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax. Experience on Lowe's, Walmart, Amazon, and Target platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented to ensure accurate product listings and timely order processing.
