Customer Solutions Engineer\

The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions. In this role, you'll be a technical expert, a strategic partner to sales teams, and a strong communicator.

You will engage in functional & technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points. You will design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively. Conducting needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity is also part of your responsibilities.

\Requirements:\
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Team-oriented mindset, working effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
