We are seeking an experienced Billing Finance Coordinator to join our team at TAHJ/NSDMM Management Services Inc. in Tagaytay.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong financial management skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. As a Billing Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, managing financial records, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process invoices, credits, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any billing or financial issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful as a Billing Finance Coordinator, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative assistant and/or general accounting roles.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, particularly strong in Excel.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • English proficiency and strong phone and email etiquette.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
