HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sourcetech Solutions Inc. This role is responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, billing, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment:
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
- Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates, utilizing effective evaluation criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role, providing valuable insights for hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, adhering to data protection policies.
- Support job postings and recruitment marketing efforts, leveraging digital platforms and traditional methods.
- Collaborate with hiring supervisors throughout the interview process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background checks on potential employees, verifying credentials and work history.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, providing comprehensive support and guidance during their transition.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed, representing the company and promoting our brand.
- Billing:
- Manage billing processes related to recruitment services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and communications, facilitating transparency and accountability.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding the company's values and standards.
- Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration.
- Help maintain a positive work environment by assisting with conflict resolution and providing guidance on company policies, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and updates to ensure adherence.
- Assist with maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
- Support the HR team in conducting audits and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
