Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

The Customer Service Team Lead oversees a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality service to clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving their goals.

A key aspect of this role is problem-solving. The successful candidate will be able to analyze issues, generate solutions, and implement them effectively. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and concerns, consistently finding ways to turn dissatisfied customers into loyal ones.

Product knowledge is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as good communication and presentation skills. They must be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for planning and organizing work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks. They must be adept at using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as ERP and analytical tools like BI.

Critical thinking and data analysis are also critical skills for this role. The successful candidate will be able to analyze information, identify underlying principles, and draw conclusions. They must also be able to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects to achieve specific goals and meet success criteria on time.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to listen, receive, and understand messages, and respond accordingly.
