Job Summary

Analyze and extract raw operational data, creating timely and accurate reporting for healthcare operations or business process outsourcing. Partner with Account Management to design impactful data visualizations and performance summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Design and implement effective data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing.
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers or providers.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting and KPIs.
  • Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms.
