Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Pallocan West Batangas City

Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex data projects, develop advanced analytical models, and provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, business acumen, and a passion for using data to drive performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with business leaders to understand data needs and provide insights that support strategic goals.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (Excel-Pivot).
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Create SQL queries and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Excel-Pivot).
  • Strong skills in Excel, statistical tools and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven industry
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data engineering best practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Experience using version control systems
