Job Overview

As a seasoned business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting.

Our team is looking for an individual who can translate business strategies into actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forecasting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting dashboards and reports for effortless data visualization.
  • Oversee the management of forecasting tools and customize them to meet specific team needs.
  • Lead the ML forecasting improvement meeting and manage the Forecast Accuracy Sigma dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL coding and query skills required.
  • Experience with Mode preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years call center or outsourcing experience.
  • Reporting experience.
  • Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience.
